My daughter has a stomachache today and we are wanting some soup for lunch.

Does anyone have a cream of chicken soup recipe I can make?Does anyone have a quick and easy soup recipe to make with cream of chicken soup?
If the soup is for your daughter keep it simple , make the soup up and just put it in the bowl and make her some cheese on toast to go with it : )

by the way .. flat coke is absolutely great for bad stomache ache ! Does anyone have a quick and easy soup recipe to make with cream of chicken soup?
I make a caseserole type of thing w/ cream of chicken soup.

First you need 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. Cut them into bitesize pieces and cook them in a pan on the stove til done.

While the chicken is cooking, heat the soup in a pot.

Next you will also need about 3-4 cups of stuffing (stovetop works best.) Cook as directed.

Now, place the chicken pieces in the bottom of a glass 9x9 baking dish. Pour the soup on top of the chicken. Next cover with shreaded or sliced mozarella cheese. Now place the stuffing on top of the cheese.

Bake in the oven at 350 for about 15 min, or until the stuffing on top starts to get a little crispy and the cheese is melted though.

Well I would heta it up accoridng to the dircections on the can and add some of the chicken cooked of course.

You can also make a very basic chicken soup fromscratch if you have these items:

Chicken broth or bullion

garlic*optional

celery*optional

carrots*optional

onion* optional

potatoes, noodles, or rice *optional

I just make some up for my boys last night and I did a very basic method as well.

Chop up about 1/4 - 1/2 th onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 stalk celery, 1 or 2 carrots, and potatoes if you are usung them. Saute in 1 tbsp oil and then add water and bullion cube or the chicken broth. Simmer until all veggies are tender. If the chicken is raw cut into small pieces and add to the soup simmer until the chicken is done. Add some noodles and boil until tender. If the chciken is already cooked then add to the soup the same time as the noodles.

Season with salt pepper, seasoned salt etc... what ever you have and like.

Enjoy with crackers, or toast.
EASY CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP

6 tbsp. butter

1/3 c. flour

1/2 c. milk

1/2 c. light cream

3 c. chicken broth

1 c. finely chopped chicken

Melt butter in pan, blend in the flour. Add milk, cream and broth. Cook and stir until it thickens and comes to a boil. Reduce heat. Stir in chicken and a dash of pepper. Serves 2-3.
Do you have some egg noodles? If so, make them and then mix the soup in with it. You may want to heat the soup first. It's yummy.
