Boneless chicken breasts baked in oven with cream of chicken soup?

Ok this is a tough one. I want to make something a little bit different with dinner tonight. But my husband doesn't eat veggies. If I put some seasoning on my chicken breasts with a can of cream of chicken soup do you think it would taste alright? Or what else could I add to the chicken to make it taste good? Besides veggies. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks ahead of time for anyone who answers.Boneless chicken breasts baked in oven with cream of chicken soup?
It should taste just fine. I usually use cream of mushroom and add extra mushrooms and serve it over rice or noodles. You can also go to the Campbell's soup website and they have lots of great recipes for using their soups.Boneless chicken breasts baked in oven with cream of chicken soup?
Heather,Try a slight variation-heat 2oz butter in frying pan, lightly flour the breast and cook gently on both sides(7-9min) Take breast and put in a serving dish, cover to keep warm.Drain off the fat from frying pan add a glass of white wine(gently simmer)add a cup of cream of chicken soup with a cup of tomato pasta sauce.Simmer on stove until you reduce the volume of liquid by one third, add sauce to chicken.
This is a pretty good start on a recipe I've altered.

You can use any cream of...soup..celery, chicken or mushroom.

I add a little milk to it, cover the chicken breasts, pour a package of shredded cheese on top and then cover with grape nuts cereal or corn flakes (I know that sounds weird, but really, the crunchiness is so good!) then I bake at 350 for abou35-40 minutes.

Good stuff. Hope it works out for you.
If your husband eats rice I have a great recipe. In a big Pyrex or baking pan place 1 1/2 cups of rice %26amp; about 2 cups of hot water. Add 1/2 of the cream of mushroom soup, butter, garlic salt, pepper. Stir all around. Then place 2-4 boneless, skinless breats on top of mixture. Season the chicken with the same spices used in the rice. Pour the remaining soup over the breasts. Cover with foil and bake at 375-400 for 45 min. to an hour (just make sure rice if tender %26amp; chicken is no longer pink. Uncover %26amp; sprinkle chees over %26amp; bake uncovered for 5 minutes. VIOLA! It is so good. I even *** canned or fresh mushrooms at times.
How about a pat of butter and a sprinkle of blue cheese?

Or you can brush them with olive oil and put some thick slices of garlic on top. Then when you serve it, you can take the garlic off, and he will not see them, but the flavor will be there.

Or you can pan fry them with a little oil and a cup of orange juice and some ginger slices. The ginger will get carmalized, and the orange juice will soak in and evaporate.
have rice over chicken
Mix in some sour cream with the soup and garlic powder. Does he eat mushrooms? Those are a good addition too! Serve over egg noodles, rice or potatoes. the sour cream makes a yummy taste! Try it! You'll like it!
check under the label, if you are using campbells, cream of anything soup, they usually have recipes you can use that soup for...how do we get these husbands to eat their veggies!!!!!??!!
you can chop up the chicken in large peices and add the cream of chicken soup and some cooked past in a casserole dish and cover it with cheese and bake.
