Cream of mushroom, soooo good.What's a good vegetarian subsitute for cream of chicken soup ?

Some places have ';Mock chicken'; which (I think) is made from a soy product. Your vegetarian stores will carry that. You can also use a soy or almond or rice base milk in place of the cream.


I don't have a reciepe but if you are creative enough, I'm sure you can come up with something good!
