Hope this Helps!!!!!How do I make a cream based curry with chicken?
yes, use cilantro or parsley instead of coriander.
you can also add coconut milk instead of cream, also if you have cumin powder or garam masala on hand.
Yes, and have some rice on the side. It sounds quite good actually. Do you have an onion or fresh garlic? I would add those if you do. You might try a pinch of cumin to make up for the corriander.
wash your chicken season the chicken pieces with seasoned salt or adobo, curry powder, fresh thyme, tomatoes cover in pot with a can of chix broth bring to a simmer in a small cup mix corn starch with water or milk to make a liquid and slowly stir into your simmering chicken.
heres a recipe, maybe that will help you.
