It would probably be easiest to make it like you would green enchiladas with chicken. Just cook the chicken in advance. Then in a saucepan, warm some cream of mushroom soup, diced green chilis, and a bit of heavy cream. Cook the lasagna noodles till just before al dente (so they don't get soggy when you bake them).Then layer the chicken, sauce, and some cheese ( I like muenster).
